Configuration of Outlook Express

If you have an e-mail problem, it might be caused by the modifiations that we did during the upgrade of our e-mail server. These modifications had an unforeseen affect on a few of our customers. To fix the problem you must change your server configurations by following the instructions below. We are sorry for the inconvenience but this upgrade will give more realibility to our service in the future.

To re-configure your e-mail program to send e-mail with authentication.

  1. Select Accounts from the Tools menu in Outlook Express. Click Properties, Click on the Server tab
    Select the small box My server requires authentication
